Long traces load three times faster

Waterfalls with more than 2,000 spans now open in under 400 ms.

We moved span layout off the main thread and only draw the rows on screen, so scrolling a batch-job trace stays smooth.

Traces with up to 50,000 spans are now supported. Above that, Spanrow samples the middle and keeps the first and last spans intact.
